英国FSCS：4月和5月共有11家公司存在违约行为

英国金融服务补偿计划（FSCS）宣布，在2022年4月1日至5月31日，共有11家公司存在违约行为，与前两个月相比有大幅增加。

FSCS表示，倘若消费者与其中任何一家公司进行交易，并且因此遭受损失，均可向FSCS申请索赔。此外，从2022年7月29日起，FCA授权的提供商的葬礼计划也将有资格获得FSCS的保护。

FSCS参谋长Debbie Stimpson表示："当公司停止营业时，客户可能会感到压力，我们经验丰富的索赔团队会在这些困难时期提供帮助。我们鼓励客户通过我们的网站直接向FSCS索赔，他们可以免费使用我们的索赔服务。”

经FSCS调查，确认以下11家公司违约：

● A to Z Mortgages Limited，交易名为Dunure Asset Management (FRN 227542), 6 Bowmore Crescent, East Kilbride, Glasgow, South Lanarkshire, G74 5DD.

● Briggs Murray Financial Planning & Wealth Management Ltd，交易名为Briggs Murray Wealth (FRN 773229), Southgate Business Centre, 32 Gillygate, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, England, WF8 1PQ.

● City of Plymouth Credit Union Ltd (FRN 213937), 14 Cumberland Street, Devonport, Plymouth, Devon, PL1 4DX.

● Integrity IFA Limited，交易名为Dewar and Partners, Scottish Landlords Insurance, Wood and Ker (FRN 514600), 25 Morton Street Edinburgh EH15 2HN.

● Juno Moneta Capital Management Limited，前身为Corcillum Limited t/a Morgan Peterson, BL Financial (FRN 753184), Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY.

● Keywood Olley & Associates Limited，交易名为North East Mortgages, EMH Financial Planning (FRN 401067), Winster House 177a Bradford Road, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 1AH. 

● North East Warrington Credit Union Ltd (FRN 213530), Telfer House, 2 Cinnamon Lane, Fearnhead, Warrington, WA2 0BD.

● Rainbow Saver Anglia Credit Union Ltd (FRN 213617), 229 London Road South, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0DS

● Rajan Business Centre Limited (FRN 671365), 22 Chapel Road, Ilford, Essex, United Kingdom, IG1 2AG.

● Westbury Private Clients LLP (FRN 595603), 4 Staple Inn Holborn London WC1V 7QH.
