伦敦收盘时，蓝筹股富时100指数下跌0.9%，报8183点，创下自2023年8月以来最长的连跌纪录。更关注国内市场的富时250指数下跌1.3%，至20436点。

在蓝筹股下跌的股票中，英美资源集团下跌3.1%，因其追求者必和必拓集团在目标公司拒绝再延长其“要约或放弃”收购期限后放弃了收购。

然而，中型股国际配送服务公司上涨4.3%，因皇家邮政母公司同意接受捷克亿万富翁丹尼尔·克雷廷斯基35.7亿英镑的收购要约。

UK100 H1

贵金属矿商弗雷斯尼洛是富时100指数的主要涨幅股票之一，上涨2.0%，此前RBC资本市场的分析师将其股票评级从“行业表现”上调至“跑赢大盘”。

Ocado和圣詹姆斯广场是蓝筹股下跌的股票之一，分别下跌12.3%和1.8%，这两家公司在最新的成分股评审后将从富时100指数中被降级至富时250指数。

在二线股中，专注于可持续发展的基金英派资产管理公司下跌14.7%，此前该公司报告中期业绩显示营业利润为2580万英镑，同比下降5%，而股息维持在每股4.7便士。

但《哈利波特》和莎拉·J·马斯的出版商布卢姆斯伯里出版社上涨7.2%，因其达成迄今为止最大的一笔交易，以6500万英镑收购美国集团罗曼与利特尔菲尔德的学术出版业务。
