美国房屋销售下降超过预期，价格创历史新高

美国现有房屋销售降至 389 万，预期为 399 万，之前为 411 万。未售出房屋库存增长 3.1%，相当于目前月销售率下的 4.1 个月供应量。尽管库存增加，中位房价自 2023 年 6 月以来跃升 4.1%，创下 42.6 万美元的历史新高。

美国所有四个地区的销售都下降，但西部地区基本没有变化。从卖方市场向买方市场的转变，更多买家坚持进行房屋检查和评估，同时库存增加。

消息传出后，美元兑日元（USDJPY）下跌，价格突破上升趋势线。价格正在测试 156 轴心区域，很可能很快达到 155 轴心。

美元兑瑞士法郎（USDCHF）在 0.89 水平和 200 SMA（蓝线）处找到支撑，价格测试下降趋势线。如果价格突破下降趋势线，很可能在第二条下降趋势线处遇到阻力，该阻力可能与 0.8950 重合。

中国降息震惊市场

中国的房贷利率下降令市场震惊，1 年期和 5 年期贷款基准利率均低于预期。5年期贷款基准利率降至 3.85%，预期为 3.95%，政府放宽房贷要求以帮助陷入困境的房地产行业。

由于经济增速为一年多来最慢，且自 1999 年以来最长的通缩期，政府热衷于提振房地产市场。

消息传出后，我们可以看到美元兑人民币（USDCNH）在下降趋势线回调和 7.29 轴心处找到支撑。价格可能在突破下降趋势线后达到 7.31 的极端高点。
