周四，英国股市大幅上涨，而英镑下跌。英国央行（BoE）宣布将基准利率下调25个基点（bp）至4.50%，推动矿业股领涨，同时美中贸易战担忧缓解。

虽然英国央行的这一决定符合市场预期，其九人货币政策委员会（MPC）中有七人支持降息25个基点，但意外的是，两位政策制定者——Swati Dhingra和Catherine Man——投票支持更大幅度的50个基点降息。

在随附的声明中，英国央行指出，相较于2024年11月货币政策报告发布时的预期，英国经济增长疲软，企业和消费者信心指标有所下降。

英国央行预计，2024年第四季度GDP下降0.1%，2025年第一季度将增长0.1%。与此同时，由于能源价格上涨等因素，CPI通胀预计将在短期内大幅上升，第三季度达到3.7%，然后再次回落。

GBPUSD H1

在金融衍生品市场上，由于英国央行的疲软经济预测以及进一步降息的可能性，英镑兑美元下跌0.62%，至1.2429；兑欧元下跌0.29%，至1.1988。

在伦敦股市收盘时，富时100指数上涨1.2%，收于8,727点，创下新的收盘纪录，并在盘中达到8,767点的历史新高，首次突破8,700点大关。同时，富时250指数上涨1.0%，收于20,973点。

矿业股推动市场上涨，板块整体走强。其中，英美资源集团（Anglo American）上涨5.1%，公司表示，其全年产量符合指引。

制药巨头阿斯利康（AstraZeneca）上涨5.9%，公司2024年税前利润激增26%，达到86.9亿美元，营收增长18%，至540.7亿美元。

但另一方面，餐饮服务巨头Compass下跌2.0%。尽管该公司第一季度有机收入增长9.2%，但警告称，如果当前金融衍生品汇率持续到年底，公司业绩将受到较大影响。

工程公司IMI下跌1.2%，此前该公司披露遭遇网络安全事件，黑客未经授权访问了其系统。

安全设备公司Halma下跌1.5%，因汇丰银行分析师下调了其评级至“减持”。

UK100Roll Daily

在富时250指数成分股中，BBGI Global Infrastructure大涨17.2%，此前该公司同意接受由不列颠哥伦比亚投资管理公司（British Columbia Investment Management）间接控制的投资工具提出的10.6亿英镑收购要约。

受BBGI消息提振，其他基础设施投资公司股价走高。国际公共合作伙伴（International Public Partnerships）上涨4.6%，HICL Infrastructure上涨2.7%。

Greencore股价飙升13.4%，此前德意志银行分析师在伦敦资本市场日活动后，将这家总部位于都柏林的便利食品公司的评级从 “持有” 上调至 “买入” 。
