Jaclyn Klein Said :
Any client that held their account with Forex Capital Markets Limited ("FXCM Ltd") and FXCM Securities Limited ("FXCM Securities") (together "FXCM UK"), during August 2006 and December 2010 and were affected by this will be notified within 60 days by the company and credited.

FCA Arturo John said:
The redress FXCM will be paying, should be for all customers of FXCM UK, not just those who are residents in UK.
Firm will contact customers and provide redress in next 60 days, so you should wait for the firm to contact you within next 2 months. Otherwise, you can contact Firm to find out when redress is likely to be paid within next 60 days. If you have an account that’s open, obviously they will be here, if you have an account that’s closed, the firm probably need you take some steps.
